My name is Paul and I am the editor of the site. I have already enjoyed the benefits of being a volunteer abroad and wanted to share some of the knowledge and experiences I gained with the wider world, in order to enthuse people to volunteer themselves and give them some handy advice and information along the way. The aim of this site is to help others get the most out of their volunteer experiences when they travel abroad, although some of the advice can apply to other forms of volunteer experiences. Often, as soon as someone has volunteered once, many often go on to do it again and some again and again. I certainly intend to do more and would like to try out different locations and adventures.
